• • Service Errors: If our services result in errors or issues that were not fixed by our team then  & directly caused by our platform or team, you may be eligible for a refund.

• • Cancellation Within the Cooling-Off Period (only for Plag Removal) : If you request a refund before your work is assigned to a writer after making a payment and have not started your work, you may be eligible for a full refund.
